At present, YEN MAK DESIGN SDN BHD only provides shipping services within Malaysia. We deliver to all states and territories, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within Malaysia. No additional delivery charges or handling fees will be applied.


Order Processing Time

Delivery Conditions

Product Suitability for Shipping

As our business deals with heavy, irregular, or hardware-related items such as door and window fittings, nails, wood screws, bolts, nuts, washers, curtain rails, angle irons, chains, metal mesh and sheets, steel wire, and iron wire, we take special care in packaging to minimize the risk of damage in transit. However, certain bulky or oversized items may be subject to longer handling times or specific courier arrangements.


Receipt of Goods

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your package carefully. If there are any discrepancies, damage, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue so we can assist you accordingly.


Change of Shipping Address
